Welcome to the World of Arvinder's Fractals.                                                 HOME

The following Fractal Images generated by a program I wrote in the 1980s were exhibitted at the RGBCastle exhibition near Turin, Italy in the summer of 2006. See further below for a general explanation of Fractals.

Below are some images I created in the 1980s when I first developed my program, and these were exhibitted during an IT fair at Maraven, Caracas, Venezuela

A world full of images created while wandering through the Geometry of Nature as represented by some famous Brownians

The first three images are from the equation z=zz-c

where z is a complex variable and c is a complex constant

This is the main picture. If we zoom into zone A then we get the following picture

If we zoom in still further,,,,

The next three images are from the equation z=zz-cz-c

Now this is the main picture and if we zoom into the area marked by a X then we may find the following area.

And finally if we zoom into this area still further then....

Now is that beautiful or what?

I have put together a program that can create these images and in fact lets you surf the fratals for yourself. Just go to my software page and under the fractal section you will find a free copy to install on your PC (windows only)

A special mention to Benoit Mandelbrot for his ideas that opened up these virtual worlds.
